CD Projekt Red has recently announced that Cyberpunk 2077 has officially gone gold. Cyberpunk 2077 is due for release on November 19th and this is a great sign that the date will be met.

For those who may not be familar with the term, "Going Gold" is the industry term given for when the release version of a game is complete, and can be played from start to finish.

This will mean that physical copies of Cyberpunk 2077 can now begin production and reviewers might get their hands on copies very soon!

However, there is more due on the way including paid expansions, free DLC, and of course the multiplayer mode. Which are all arriving after the release of the core game. Plus any quick bug fixes and patches which might be needed.

Sadly CD Projekt Red found itself in a bit of trouble with fans after stating there would be a short period of crunch but all employees were willing and determined to make Cyberpunk 2077 the game the studio desired it to be. Cyberpunk 2077 has been met with several major delays, but now as next gen consoles approch, the game will be out before the end of the year in all it's glory! But thankfully CD Projekt Red will pay and share profits with all it's employees for the amazing work they have clearly put in.

Plus gamers will get a free next gen upgrade if they buy for current gen consoles.

It's not long now till players can venture into Night City and embark on a epic, cyberpunk journey adapted from one of the best table top RPGs of all time.
