Revealed via a teaser trailer during the latest Nacon Connect, the title is a narrative-driven mystery thriller that plunges players into the abandoned Whiteroot Hotel. The game promises a chilling atmosphere where the lines between deadly human conspiracies and the supernatural begin to blur.
The story follows Brit, a teenager eager to escape her quiet hometown, who joins a production crew filming a documentary about the derelict hotel in the American Northwest. Once a symbol of luxury, the Whiteroot Hotel became the site of a series of mysterious deaths and the eventual ruin of its wealthy owners. Left to rot for eighteen years, the building is now the subject of local folklore regarding the "Crimson Stag," a protective yet vengeful spirit said to inhabit the surrounding dark woods. As Brit begins her investigation under the guidance of professional ghost hunter Emily, she discovers that the hotel’s secrets are guarded by forces far more dangerous than she anticipated.
