Another Crab's Treasure has seen a massively successful launch, as sales for the cute-looking Souls-Like reached 30,000 units in 24 hours. This is an amazing accomplishment for indie studio Aggro Crab, and it's likely the sales will have grown tremendously since the launch.

Developer Aggo Crab revealed the news on Twitter, saying it was "happy to see you all having fun (but not too much, it IS a souls game)." The title was released on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S (where it's also on Game Pass.) This comes with the news that Another Crab's Treasure was on the Steam Top Ten best sellers of the week, behind the likes of Fallout 4, which saw a resurgence in player activity.

Aggro Crab, developers of indie hit "Going Under" also said on Twitter "A HUGE thank you for all the love and support for day one of Another Crab's Treasure," it wrote. "We can't believe we're actually watching you all dive in."

Amazing news and another great success story for indie gaming. Another Crab's Treasure heads to critical and sales glory with the likes of Balatro, Dave the Diver, and Dredge.

Aggro Crab have been masters with their social media presence, with a hilarious trailer showing a Dark Souls mode, which aims to make the game look gritter and bleaker. But we loved Another Crabs Treasure, and you can check out our glowing review here.
